Every operating system is custom configured for each specific garage door based on weight, width, height, and space requirements. Our extensive experience and 3D solid modeling CAD system allows us to virtually design and operate the hardware system before we even fabricate or assemble the parts.

We use two kinds of automatic garage door openers, both supplied by LiftMaster™: Rail & Trolley operators and Jackshaft operators. Liftmaster is known for smooth, quiet performance with ultimate reliability.

Trolley openers need 3-1/2 feet more than the height of the door to install properly. For example, a door that’s 7 feet tall needs 10-1/2 ft. of backroom.

We need a minimum of 13"–16" of headroom to install the opener, depending on the track radius.

During the site inspection, we will measure the opening, backroom, and headroom to make sure the hardware system will meet all your requirements.
