Designer Doors offers pre-hanging for all our entrance doors. Our pre-hangs are composed of the finest materials, and feature “built-to-order” capabilities. With just the rough opening dimensions and threshold details, we can fabricate your entranceway into a “drop-in” unit that fits like a glove, whether it’s a curved jamb with arched sidelites or a full-radius–top door.

We offer standard and custom jamb widths along with a variety of thresholds in oak, bronze aluminum, and solid hardwood. ADA-compliant thresholds are also available. All door designs are available pre-hung, as out-swing or in-swing, with both right or left hinging.

Designer Doors includes a set of 4-1/2" square template hinges with each pre-hung entranceway door. For the E-Frame, we include 4" square corner hinges in dull bronze.

We will also mortise for your locksets, including multi-point systems on a special order basis.

If you choose to have us mortise your door, we require either the lockset itself or detailed specifications.

If you order a windload-rated entry door, we will mortise and install a 3-point lock in the finish of your choice. For windload applications, we use locksets manufactured by W&F Manufacturing.

Our entranceways feature excellent energy efficiency through a combination of top quality weather sealing and fine craftsmanship.

Finally, we provide standard or custom casing or brick moulding profiles, molded to your design, in virtually any species of wood.

Note: handles and trim sets are customer-supplied.
